OUR CUISINE

Our cuisine is a cuisine of producers. Especially small producers.

The raw ingredients, apart from the few we find on the island – mainly seafood from local fishermen and vegetables from our own garden – arrive here exclusively for us from all over Greece. Our dishes follow the tradition of the “Greek Table”, where everything is shared, and are seasonal, which is why our menu changes almost daily.

OUR WINES

We are a wine-loving restaurant, known for our special pricing policy for our wines.

We prefer to offer you high quality wines while minimizing our business profit, rather than filling our list with cheap labels of questionable quality. At Roza’s you will find one of the most updated lists of Santorinian vineyards, as well as dozens of selected wines from all over Greece, with special tributes to wine regions and wine categories. You will also find a small but select list of international vineyard wines, most of which are our own imports.

We invite you to a feast of cheese and cold cuts from all over Greece with more than 50 varieties.

They all come from small producers, artisans and home-made cheesemakers and cold cuts, many of which are not commercially available. They are the fruit of many gastronomic journeys and an obsessive passion.
