The raw ingredients, apart from the few we find on the island – mainly seafood from local fishermen and vegetables from our own garden – arrive here exclusively for us from all over Greece. Our dishes follow the tradition of the “Greek Table”, where everything is shared, and are seasonal, which is why our menu changes almost daily.




They all come from small producers, artisans and home-made cheesemakers and cold cuts, many of which are not commercially available. They are the fruit of many gastronomic journeys and an obsessive passion.
